Greasemonkey Scripts for UD
Internal Map: Adds an expanded map right into the Urban Dead interface. Shows the GPS location and advanced features to find local buildings.
Map Graphics: Improves the game by replacing the map with easy to understand graphics. Some special locations are animated! Also updates Internal Map's graphics. All artwork by Raeleus.
Inventory Compressor: The inventory no longer takes up so much space as multiple items of the same name are represented by quantities. Weapons show how many shots are loaded.
Travel: Want to travel long distance without having to do all the clicking? UD travel takes you to any specified location quickly and with very little input from the user.

What is Firefox?
Firefox is a popular cross-platform web browser. It's touted as a great alternative to Internet Explorer for its security and added features. It's constantly updated and is always in synch with updates to the web.
What is Greasemonkey?
Greasemonkey is an addon to Firefox that allows users to install helpful scripts that modify/improve web pages you view.
These scripts are secure and easy to develop. A wide array of scripts are available at userscripts.org.
What is Urban Dead?
Urban Dead is a web based MMO
set in a post-apocolyptic Malton city. Zombies and survivors wage war to see who can control the city. There is not one NPC in the game: every person you come in contact with is controlled by a real player.
Why?
I felt Urban Dead's interface was lacking in features and the publicly available addons (typically straight firefox addons) were constantly broken by firefox updates. Greasemonkey scripts are backward and forward compatible. I also felt I can make these scripts far more effective than the existing counter-parts. I kept these scripts private to my group, The Malton Zookeepers until now.
I have a problem! What do I do?
Unfortunately I am no longer going to provide support for the scripts. I've tested them enough with the crew and they do their job. I will not modify them any further. If you have trouble running them, you should disable/remove any firefox and greasemonkey add-ons for Urban Dead. My scripts work well together, but not with other ones; especially if they modify the same things!
